Dear Friends, I have been informed that someone has been sending emails out to members of some of our churches pretending to be District Superintendent Dr. Cogman and asking them for gift cards. It is not Dr. Cogman. No one from the church will ask you to send money or a gift card directly to them. Any gifts to support our missions or ministries should always go through the church, not to an individual.
Let us be in prayer for whoever is doing this. Only God knows what drives someone to take advantage of others in such a manner, but may the Lord have mercy on them that they would find the better Way. Amen.
