Dear Faith UMC family, thank you! Our lovely luncheon on Sunday far exceeded any expectations I may have had. The food was just delicious and weren’t those dolphins something else. It was so nice to spend time with you enjoying the abundance of wonderful food you had so lovingly prepared and most of all our time together. The gifts and the kind words spoken by John and others were more than I expected. Thank you for the beautiful towel set. It is truly unique and lovely. The cash gift beyond that and the personal gifts from so many of you are so generous and have touched me very deeply.
Every day for this past five years together, I have thanked God for the special blessing of being your pastor and growing with you as we traveled together through this season of our discipleship journeys. I am so grateful for all the love and kindness you have shown to me. I want you to know that each one of you holds a special place in my heart. How wonderful that on our last Sunday together we were able to celebrate so much that God has done for and with all of us these last five years.
